I just began reading The Grand Plan to Fix Everything by Uma Krishnaswami. This book is hitting me hard because of the family having to move to another country. Think I’m seriously putting myself in the character’s shoes. Love Bollywood films once in a while, my favorite is Lagaan, so enjoying reading about two girls who enjoy watching them.

The Curse of Addy McMahon by Katie Davis
I was so excited to make time to read numerous Katie Davis books this week, still waiting on a few books coming through the public library… so this beautiful book was about a girl who found comfort journaling after her father passed away from cancer. She stumbles through one misstep after another and works through the story…
